These terms apply to your use of Flicit. Flicit is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). If these terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls where required.
1. The service
Flicit is a personal movie journal for creating ticket-like records, notes, ratings, reminders, collections, and viewing history. Features may change as the app is improved.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of the records, notes, and images you add. You are responsible for having the right to use content you import or share. Flicit handles your content only as needed to provide app features such as local storage, export, and optional iCloud synchronization.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple. Prices, billing periods, trial terms, and renewal details are shown by the App Store before confirmation. Auto-renewable subscriptions continue until canceled through your Apple account settings. Eligible purchases can be restored in Flicit using the Apple account that made the purchase.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Flicit, interfere with its services, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app to violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
5. Third-party services
Flicit may rely on Apple services, including the App Store, iCloud, and CloudKit, and on third-party movie information providers such as TMDB. Those services have their own terms and availability.
6. Availability and warranties
Flicit is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that third-party movie data will always be complete or current. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes
We may update these terms when Flicit or applicable requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
